Tena Parkinson

Tena Parkinson, BA FGA – Junior Gemmologist

Tena joined GCS at the end of last year. She has worked with gemstones for well over fifteen years, primarily in retail. From lapidary through to fossil hunting, there is not a single facet of the world of gems and minerals that she hasn’t explored!

Having recently graduated with her Gemmology Diploma from the Gemmological Association of Great Britain, she now works alongside our team of gemmologists, consistently enforcing her skills whilst playing a key role in the day-to-day running of the laboratory.
